On Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th July, the British International Karate Open took place at the International Kelvin Hall Arena in Glasgow.  As well as the very successful Ken Yu Kai Squad competing, Ken Yu Kai had two Referees officiating.  Peter Bibby who recently passed his European Kata Judge 'B' Qualification at the European Regionals in Warsaw was appointed as a Tatami Chief for the event and Amir Arvandi was promoted to B.K.F. Referee.  This just confirms the quality of the Referees in Ken Yu Kai.
